2. Information collected
As part of our P&C brokerage services, we collect information needed to prepare, underwrite, renew, and manage your policy, including: name, address, phone, email, date of birth, information about the property to be insured (address, value, history), insurance and driving history (where applicable). On this website, we also collect what you submit through the contact and quote forms.
3. Purposes
Information is used to: (a) respond to your inquiries; (b) build and negotiate your policies with our partner carriers; (c) manage renewals, changes, and claims; (d) communicate file-related information; (e) meet legal and regulatory obligations applicable to P&C insurance firms.
4. Sharing with third parties
Your information may be shared with the carriers we evaluate (Intact, Aviva, Aviva Elite, L'Unique, Lédor, Echelon, Optimum, Pafco, RSA) and with the payment processor when applicable. We do not sell your personal information.
4b. Technical sub-processors of this website
The website uses the following technical services, which never have access to brokerage files (which fall under professional secrecy under the Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services and remain confined to the firm's internal systems):
- Cloudflare (United States / global edge) — static hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and operational technical logging (anonymized access logs).
- Aspyn AI Inc. (Longueuil, Quebec) — secure relay of form submissions (contact + estimate requests) to the firm's internal email recipients (the forms.aspyn.ai service). No insurance-file data is processed.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Inc.) — privacy-respecting anti-bot verification, with no persistent cookies and no advertising-profile tracking.
- Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, United States) — tag management and audience measurement. No tag fires until you give explicit consent via the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2 default-denied). If you decline or do not respond, no data is transmitted to Google.
5. Retention
Under the Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services and applicable record-keeping regulations, brokerage files must be retained for a minimum period after the end of the contractual relationship. Non-essential information is destroyed or anonymized at the end of that period.
6. Your rights (Law 25)
Under Quebec's Act modernizing legislative provisions for personal information protection (Law 25), you have the right to: access your information, request rectification, request deletion, withdraw consent, know which third parties received your data, and file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
